Valentine's Dinner with Date Night In
The Cleaners at Ace Hotel Portland is excited to host a special Valentine's dinner inspired by, the Date Night In cookbook.
Date Night In is the first cookbook by award winning food blogger, Ashley Rodriguez. With over 120 recipes and 25 date menus, this intimate cookbook inspires couples to have fun in the kitchen and reconnect in the comfort of their own home.
This Valentine's Day, book tickets for dinner at The Cleaners. The team at Clyde Common will take care of you with a delicious 4 course meal (paired with amazing wines!) prepared by Chef Carlo Lamagna and inspired by Ashley's book. It is sure to be a romantic evening full of great food, fun people, and books available for sale and signing.

Passed Appetizers: Barbecue fried chicken with black pepper biscuits with Caldera Pale Ale
First:: Little gem, maple bacon, pickled tomatoes and smoked blue cheese dressing with Eyrie Pinot Gris 2013
Entrée: Fennel roasted lamb chops, fresh herb risotto, roasted red onions, golden raisin, greens with Francesco Rinaldi Dolcetto d'Alba "Roussot" 2013
Sides: Maple coriander roasted carrots and Butter and shallot roasted potato
Dessert: Surprise! You will love it!

Clyde Common is one of our favorite places in Portland and we are super pumped to team up with them on what is sure to be an amazing dinner.
