Inland NW Culinary Academy partners with Main Market Co-op for our 'Mixin' It Up!' class to help people gain confidence with fresh, local, sustainable foods.
Chef Curtis, past Executive Chef at Coeur d'Alene Resort's Beverly's restaurant, helps attendees learn how to use Spring's first gifts throughout a menu - herbs, herbs, herbs - from snack to sin!
