The Art of Standing on Your Friends!
Taught by Jack StockLynn and Smitty Amabilis of the CoG
In this class we will explore the basics of partner acrobatics, including counterbalances, partner rolls, stacking, pyramids, and more! We will begin with a thorough warm-up, move into basic two person tricks and pyramids and tumbling, moving partner tricks, and group movement exercises. We will also explore ways to include partner acro in your clown routines with fun exercises. The class will end in an entire class pyramid. All Levels. You do not need to bring a partner to participate in this class. Come dressed to move!
