Please join a conversation between Alan Billingsley and Hessam Nadji about the fundamentals underlying current economic growth globally and locally and the resultant outlook for property markets in 2015 and beyond. In booming San Francisco, the chattering classes are beginning to use the "bubble" word, while those who voted in the recent election in much of the country complain about a miserable economy. Real estate values continue to reach historic highs in primary markets, while lenders are still wary of risky deals. The many competing forces in this current cycle provide a wonderful context for an interesting discussion. Hessam Nadji is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Marcus & Millichap making him a key member of the firm's management team. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry events, as well as national print, television and radio media. Alan Billingsley is former Head of Americas Research at RREEF (now Deutsche Asset and Private Wealth Management) and currently manages his own real estate investments.
