Latitude 33 & Amplified Beer Pairing Dinner
There will be three 15-person seatings at 6:30, 7:30, & 8:30pm on December 17th.
Menu:
Grilled shrimp in lemon butter served with roasted tomato, cilantro serrano aioli served on crostinis. Beer Pairing: Carolina Honey Hips Strong Blonde
Black pepper and garam masala crusted flank steak served over garlic whipped potatoes with a mushroom curry sauce. Frisee salad with a mustard vinaigrette. Beer Pairing: North County IPA
Apple tart with fresh whipped vanilla cream and cinnamon dusted buneulo. Beer Pairing: Nitro Vanilla Porter
