 For anyone in the tristate area's food and wine business, Brooklyn Uncorked offers an unprecedented opportunity to sample the full suite of Long Island wine country's offerings. From austere steel-fermented whites to robust reds to varietal roses, from sparkling wines to late-harvest desert wines, the selection will include multiple vintages, assorted varieties, and the wide array of winemaking techniques. This one day event at the BAMcafe, 30 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn, NY is open to the trade only from 3:00 to 5:30 and to the public from 6:00 to 9:00. |
