This moving documentary explores the Tel Aviv world of the Paper Dolls, an after-hours drag queen ensemble that by day work as nurturing home healthcare workers to elderly Jewish clients. Paper Dolls follows this gentle group of Filipino workers who enjoy Israel's liberal atmosphere, yet remain political and social outsiders.
