FLOWERS, A Staged Play
Inspired by the Paulette Kelly poem, 'I Got Flowers Today" All in Black and White Productions presents "Flowers", a dark drama about the other side of love.
Told from the perspectives of four diverse women and one man, Flowers intertwines vignettes, monologues, spoken word and music to explore the often unacknowledged, frequently avoided, but ever deadly cycle of intimate partner domestic violence.
Whether it's through the eyes of the Fortune 500 wife and mother, the lesbian poet, the first generation immigrant, or the teenager in love, FLOWERS will challenge your perspectives, provoke your senses, and rivet your emotions!
