Brandon Kirksey + Girin Preview Dinner
Before he goes to work full-time heading up the kitchen at the upcoming Girin -- a Korean-inspired steakhouse in the heart of Pioneer Square -- chef Brandon Kirksey will be exclusively previewing his menu on for us on January 10th at Studio M perched above Esquin in SODO.
The abundant family-style meal will be served with soju and makgeolli brewed by Girin co-owner Cody Burns, who will also be in attendance.

Dinner starts around 7p, with a cocktail reception at 6:30p.
