IACP Culinary Book Fair
Oregon Convention Center Portland, OR
Held in conjunction with the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) annual conference and Culinary Expo, this a very special book fair featuring dozens of cookbook authors and food writers. There is no other event like it anywhere in the country, and this year it will be in Portland! Featured authors include Ruth Reichl, Judith Jones, Karen Page & Andrew Donenberg, Michael Ruhlman, Madhur Jaffrey and dozens more.
You may bring your own books or new books will be available for purchase from IACP's official book partner, Powell's Books. Beverages will be available for purchase, and nibbles will be available from some of the authors. You'll automatically be registered for door prizes.
Please note: IACP conference attendees or Friday conference day pass holders will automatically be admitted to the Culinary Book Fair and do not need to purchase public passes. Admission is for the Culinary Book Fair only and does not allow access to the Culinary Expo.

Note: Authors will be available from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Some of the featured authors will be available for only a portion of the event, so please check back for the final author line-up. The final author list and schedule will be posted on April 2, 2010.
