08:30 - 09:00 Check-in/drop-off
09:00 - 10:00 Off-ice/outside activity
10:00 - 11:00 Snack*/get dressed
11:00 - 01:00 On-ice training
01:00 - 02:15 Get undressed/lunch*
02:15 - 03:15 Gym/off-ice training
03:15 - 03:30 Pick-up
