 TARA BROOKS
There is a line where the dark fuses with the light, the surreal with the sublime, the graceful with the powerful; it is within this line that Tara Brooks has carved out her truly distinct sounds. Whether playing an intimate club, an underground warehouse, festival or a sunrise deep in the Burning Man Playa, Tara's music envelopes the crowd, stirring them with deep grooves, hypnotic & trippy rhythms, acidy, soulful, techno & haunting melodies.Tara was struck by the power of the music & the loving vibe of the scene. Learning on vinyl in 2007, she shares many styles, always focused on the journey. Tara has played some of the most respected venues, including BPM Festival (Mexico), Katerblau (Berlin) Sisyphos (Berlin), Blue Marlin (Ibiza) Acid Sundays (Ibiza), The Brooklyn Mirage (New York), Flash (DC) DNSOF (Miami), Lightning in a Bottle, Sound (Los Angeles), PublicWorks (SF) and of course a little place she calls home -Burning Man.

When not touring, you can find her locked in the studio. Rather than focusing on genre or style, Tara is sonically inspired by personal experience and connection with her environment. Always striving to translate a specific feeling or moment, Tara creates a sound that is all her own: Compelling, sophisticated, haunting and healing, piercing your heart and invigorating your soul. Whether it's through production or playing, Tara's continued passion for sharing her music knows no bounds. Shes a resident for Desert Hearts and Subtract Music & has toured & performed alongside legend John Digweed, in support of her latest release on Bedrock.

With original productions, remixes, & podcasts on Kindisch, Exotic Refreshment, Deep House Amsterdam, Electronic Groove, Einmusiks Ibiza Global Radio, & When We Dip, and her newest releases on Bedrock and Get Physical, the future is filled with the light for Tara, as she continues to do what she loves, her way and always from the heart.

Come get down with us on the Monkey Loft dance floor, and help us  give her a warm welcome back to Seattle!

WESLEY HOLMES
Wesley Holmes has been integral in the Northwest's dj & dance community for the past 25 years. He was among a core group that pioneered the house music movement in the Seattle region. His extensive list of club/event productions, residencies, and behind the scenes efforts over the years have helped provide the foundation for the thriving dance scene that exists in Seattle today. His abilities behind the decks, musical depth, and outright love for house music are renowned and resonate through his infectious DJ sets and mixes. Wesleys current residencies with Flammable, Lost, and Upper Left keep him both on the front edge of the underground and in front of some of the largest electronic music audiences in the NW.

AUNDREA
Aundrea was 6 when her mother gave her a Garrard record player, and a stack of her fathers old 45s consisting of funk, disco, and classic rock and roll. She would sit on the floor for hours recording herself into a little hand held tape recorder. In the mid 90's Aundrea and her girlfriends would hitch a ride to watch Donald Glaude at the Underground and soon after was introduced to the Peace Frog parties and NAF studio. In 98, she bought her first set of Technics, Mackies, Rane mixer and Dj Aundroid was born. Her vinyl consisted of: progressive, classic and acid house, funky Florida breaks, and electro breaks. Aundrea was also bouncing to Drum & Bass. At 21, Cactus Productions booked Aundrea at Habanas for a breakbeat afterhours. She became a resident immediately, and quickly learned how to play for a crowd, trust the music and be in the moment. Aundrea subsequently held down residencies at The Last Supper Club and the Bohemian. LSC opened the door to the HitGirl! collective, which consisted of LA Kendall, Julie Herrera, and Ginger Vaughn. They welcomed Aundrea into the first only all-girl crew in Seattle. In 99 she met Cosmic Selector with Space Children who booked her for several parties in San Francisco including 1015 Folsom and Burning Man in 2003. Aundreas love for Drum & Bass landed her with 360 BPM and The Onset Crew where she met TC Izlam from New York who MC'd with her for several shows.
Getting a party jumping to some funky uplifting jackin house or dropping down to some deeper darker minimal tech is what Aundrea likes to do best. Aundrea sees it as a blessing to live in a diverse city with amazing artists, dancers, and musicians. Aundrea is super excited to be back behind the decks after a long break, and share the love of music with Seattle's dance music community.

RAMIRO

"Ramiro is an inextinguishable accelerant of Seattle's house community." - Seattle Weekly

As founder of Uniting Souls events, and creator of the Uniting Souls Music record label, Ramiro has worked actively over the past two and half decades to build community, through dance music gatherings and artistic expression, becoming internationally-regarded as a "Seattle house music institution" (-The Stranger) and a West Coast legend (-KEXP).

During his college years in 1990's San Francisco, Ramiro became an integral part of the Bay Area's then-bourgeoning, now-legendary electronic music movement, inspired by the creative, conscious elements of the tight-knit SF community (events such as ComeUnity, Wicked, Sunset, The Gathering, Freedom, Stompy, Zendada, Kundalini, etc.). With the help of friends, Ramiro founded Uniting Souls in 1997, producing over 50 events in the Bay Area throughout the mid-to-late '90s, gaining a devoted following, and a reputation for quality music with friendly, fun, down-to-earth vibes on the dance floor.

Since making Seattle home in the spring of 2000, Ramiro has received lots of love from the community, producing & performing at over 1000 events - including club nights, underground warehouse parties, art events, boat parties, park parties, and major area festivals like Cascadia NW, Photosynthesis, Hempfest, and
from 2004-2013, Ramiro also co-produced & performed at the annual Future Funk showcases at the internationally-acclaimed Decibel Festival, as well as at the legendary Magnetic/Kinetic event series at the Pacific Science Center, home of the famous robotic dinosaurs, Planetarium, tropical butterflies & insect rooms.

Through his DJ sets, Ramiro aims to inspire connection and celebrate the special bonding experience we all share through music & dance. Ramiros mixes & sets each tell a story, working the groove & bringing the love, creating a space where all feel welcome. Ramiros affinity & ability to connect with the dance floor is widely evident during his sets, with a penchant for cutting-edge, new sounds & enjoyed by thousands of dancers year after year. You can find him every last Saturday at his monthly residency Diggin' Deep, at Seattle's much-loved Monkey Loft. Home is where the heart is. Welcome to Ramiro's house!

UNITING SOULS

"Uniting Souls has contributed to setting standards as to what the Seattle electronic music community has to offer on a local and international level. It is because of organizations like Uniting Souls that Seattle is a favorite stop among touring electronic musicians. With e-mail, smart phones, cheap flights, declining costs in music production, and the explosion of information technology, the face of the global music community is rapidly changing, but it is collectives like Uniting Souls that are evolving right alongside to help define and retain humanness in the often impersonal world we've created."
-The Stranger

Uniting Souls Music, the record label branch, has featured several chart-topping releases, annual sales in over 70 countries, and licensing deals with top labels & services, including Toolroom, Om, Balance, Exotic Refreshment, and NordicTrax. USM releases have been charted by the likes of Mark Knight, Green Velvet, Claude VonStroke, Doc Martin, DJ Heather, and many others.

Celebrating 22 years in 2019, Uniting Souls continues its dedication to building community & fostering connection through the creative energy of love & house music.
