Broder Nord's Annual Julbord Dinner

Join us for the 3rd annual Julbord celebration at Broder Nord!

This event is served family-style at a large table and will be personally hosted by the head chef of Broder Nord.

The dinner menu is as follows:

Pickled Herring, Curried Herring
Gravlax
Skagenröra
House pickled vegetables
Nordic Rye Bread and Pearl Levain Bread from Pearl Bakery
Housemade crackers
Skörd Salad - mixed greens, delicate squash, marinated Beets, hazelnuts, pomegranate seeds, lingonberry vinaigrette
Braised Greens
Prinskorv w/ Stoneground Mustard
Swedish Meatballs
Blaukraut - braised red cabbage with green apples and onions
Brunkal - braised green cabbage with maple syrup and ham stock
Pork Roulade stuffed with prunes
Braised Beef Shortribs
Jannsens Tempation
Roasted Mushrooms
Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Aquavit, Glögg, Beer, Wine and Spirits will be available for purchase.

Dessert buffet featuring Nordic sweets.

GF, DF, Vegetarian and Vegan items available but no special accommodation for dietary restrictions.

Doors open at 6:00 PM
Dinner served at 7:00 PM

Seating is communal and first come first serve.

Ticket purchases are non refundable.
