With roots in the French-Canadian heritage, history, and community of Maillardville and area, Festival du Bois has grown to become BC%u2019s premiere celebration of francophone music, dance, craft, food, and culture. The festival%u2019s programming also reflects an eclectic and progressive vision that both honours tradition and celebrates authentic and independent contemporary voices by presenting some of the finest Québécois, francophone, folk, world and roots artists performing today.
