Images and Flyers
Images added on an event’s “Look & Feel” page will default to a set size on the left of the event page. You can embed code in the event detail’s full description to put the image in the center of the page and make it the same width as the page copy.
Note: Your image must be hosted on a third-party site, such as Instagram, Pinterest or Tumblr. The width must remain at 100% or your image will be cropped out of the column or produce scroll bars, hiding portions of it from public view.
1. Copy the embed code: To get this code, go to the image’s hosting site, look for Share, then select Embed. An HTML code should appear. Copy and paste the code to your event page.
Create the embed code: If you cannot find the code, use this code, including the open and close carrot marks: <img src=”http://mytumblrpic.jpg” width=”100%”> Replace the URL between the quotation marks with your image’s URL address from the image hosting site.
Embed the Image into the Full Description of Your Event
2. Log into your Brown Paper Tickets account.
Embed a video into your event’s full description, which will appear below your written description and make the video larger for your potential ticket buyers.
1. To get this HTML code, go to the YouTube or Vimeo video page where your video is hosted. Select Share and then select Embed.
