How to Request a Ticket Refund

As long as the order was processed through Brown Paper Tickets’ credit card processor and sales for the event are still live, you can get a refund of the full face value of your tickets and the service fee within 12 hours of purchase. Alternately, if your show is canceled or postponed, refunds will be available.

Refunds for other reasons than event postponements or cancellations are decided upon on a case-by-case basis.

If your order was processed using a method other than Brown Paper Tickets’ credit card processor, the refund is up to the event organizer’s discretion. Please contact them directly using the public contact information on the event listing to seek a refund.
