This season, we are remounting and updating our our intermedia dance work, ME (In The Maze)! For this unique experience, Artistic Director Jared Baker teams up with Nova Linea graphic designer, photographer, and life-partner Andrea Cavaliere to present a collaboration of performative and visual art, with new material and never-before-seen sections!
This installation is an intermedia piece in a unique and intimate setting that blends and merges dance, art, music, and technology. Baker and Cavaliere navigate their personal journeys with depression and mental health, and the toll it has taken on them. The piece will explore themes of loss, loneliness, and isolation, and how we each manage to develop individual coping mechanisms. Please note that the thematic material presented may be considered heavy, and we therefore suggest a minimum age of 12 for this event.
In addition to the performance, an art gallery will be on display featuring Andrea Cavalieres work, as well as information regarding Pathfinders MKE, a non-profit organization we will be highlighting for this performance. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to support Pathfinders MKE. In addition, Nova Linea will be organizing a donation drive to help Pathfinders in their efforts to support our youth in need.

Event Details
Doors will open 20 minutes before the designated start time. Before the performance, we invite our guests to browse the art gallery, learn more information about Pathfinders, or purchase a drink from the bar. The performance will last approximately 60 75 minutes.
For this event, admission will be general seating, allowing guests to choose their own seat. There will be a VIP seating area for our sponsors, as well as season ticket holders. Guests will be notified a few minutes before the beginning of the performances so that they may pick the seat of their choosing.
