"Marilyn Monroe: The Last Interview" (the raw truth of a Hollywood Legend) is based on the final interview of Blond Bombshell Marilyn Monroe for Life Magazine in 1962 with Richard Meryman where she speaks candidly, expressing her true feelings about her mother, the men in her life, her career, struggles & her disappointments. This solo show takes us on a journey of the real Marilyn Monroe's life and ultimately her tragic death and the mysterious cover up.
Running Time is approximately 75 Minutes.
ABOUT THE PERFORMER:
This show is written, produced and starring veteran television and stage Actress Kelly Mullis & directed by filmmaker Wayne Orkline. Kelly has been a life long admirer of Marilyn Monroe.
"Marilyn Monroe: The Last Interview" debuted in the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival at the Lounge Theatre in Hollywood. It won the Encore Award and was rewarded an extended run at Studio C on Santa Monica Blvd. The show went on to be included at the 2019 Whitefire Theatre's Solo Fest in Sherman Oaks to sold out crowds. This performance will be the 16th time to be seen on stage.
