The Milwaukee Vintage Style Society is pleased to invite you to luncheon with us on board the East Troy Electric Railroad on Sunday, 23 October, 2022 at 11 o'clock in the morning. We will depart from the station located at 2002 Church St, East Troy, WI. Lunch will be served on the way out, followed by a brief stop in the park for photos, to be followed by dessert and coffee on the return trip. This event was incredibly popular in 2021 and we're so pleased to be able to offer it again!
The Milwaukee Vintage Style Society is a social group for people who believe that vintage clothing should be celebrated and worn. Clothes not costumes. Past fashion not fast fashion. Vintage style not vintage values. As always, vintage-style clothing is encourages, but not required. The MKE VSS welcomes all, but we extend an extra special welcome to the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC members of our community. We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, or any sort of discrimination.
Menu choices:
Lunch Option 1:
House salad - mixed greens, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, garlic croutons, italian dressing
Entree - Chicken with roasted garlic parmesan cream, accompanied by herb smashed red potatoes, seasonal vegetable, pull apart rolls
Dessert - Spice cake with cream cheese frosting
Lunch Option 2:
House salad - mixed greens, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, garlic croutons, italian dressing
Entree - Housemade meatloaf accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes with bacon gravy, seasonal vegetable, pull apart rolls
Dessert - strawberry shortcake with whipped topping
