Bullet Journal: The Basics
Introduction to how an analog planning system can reduce digital dependency and provide organization to our chaotic lives.
This class will share how what Stacie has learned about using Ryder Carrolls bullet journal method and system implementation. It allows for managing stress and the pressures of a digital world, while being a creator and taking care of her mental health needs.
The class does not require specific materials. Attendees are asked to bring a notebook and pen or pencil to get started. Typical entry level supplies are anything purchased in the past that languishing in your cupboard (especially if it is the really fancy stuff or the really practical stuff.) Materials will be available for purchase, from Stacies supply cupboard.
This class is part of a series, however, no prior class attendance is required.
