Auto Auction Buyers Club Auto Sales and Events Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament
It's time to get together for a good cause!
On Sunday August 21st, Auto Auction Buyers Club Auto Sales will be sponsoring our Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament at Meadow Park Golf Course at 11am.

PLAYERS/TEAMS
There is room for 10 Four Person teams, this will be a best ball style shotgun start scramble style tourney. You must use at least one drive, approach, and putt from each player.
Team entry fees are $500 per team ($125 per player); with an early bird discount of $100 off if registered before June 1st. This includes your Tee Time, a Cart, a post game meal with awards ceremony and prizes, as well as the opportunity to raise money for a great cause!

DONATIONS
Are you interested in helping out, but aren't able to/don't want to play in the event? We will gladly accept your donations of any size (including vehilces); to help raise funds for this great cause. We've given away a car already, and want to help as many people in need as possible!

SPONORS:
There are 18 hole sponsorships available, if you purchase one it will give your business the opportunity to setup your own 10x10 canopy at the Green of your choice of the 18 holes (first come first served); you will have the opportunity to give away promotional items, increase brand recognition, and enjoy a day out in the sun!
Hole Sponsorships are $300, with an early Bird Special for those who signup by June 1st! The earlier you sign up, the earlier you're brand will able to be included in marketing materials. Your brand and logo will also be featured prominently at the awards ceremony; as well as in our fliers, media, and posters. All proceeds will go towards helping someone in need, get a vehicle. If we raise enough money, we may be able to give a few vehicles away!

PRIZES:
What's a tournament without prizes??? There will be several prizes available:
1st place team: $1000
2nd place team : $500
Last Place Team : $250
Longest Drive : $100
Closest To The Pin : $100
All prizes are to be awarded at a post tournament Spaghetti Feed. Team photos will be circulated to the media, with brand recognition if wanted.
