All proceeds will support the following non-profit organizations:
THE TZEDAKAH PROJECT https://www.givetothetzedakahproject.org/ The Tzedakah Project provides tools and support to the community, enriching the lives of the recipients and encouraging them to practice the tenets of giving. While the word "tzedakah" can be translated as charity, the truer definition is doing the right thing. Through both financial and personal support, The Tzedakah Project works with community groups that strive to improve the lives of individuals who are looking for a hand up, rather than a hand out.
JSCREEN https://jscreen.org/ JScreen is a national non-profit initiative headquartered at Emory University's Department of Human Genetics. JScreen's mission is eliminating devastating genetic diseases through affordable and convenient comprehensive, at-home genetic testing and genetic counseling. While anyone can utilize JScreen, the focus is on the Jewish population, who are at increased risk to carry harmful mutations in certain genes. With the ReproGEN test, individuals can learn about their risk of passing on a genetic disease to their future children. The test looks for Tay-Sachs, cystic fibrosis, and over 200 other diseases. The CancerGEN test provides life-saving information for early detection and prevention of many hereditary cancers, through testing for BRCA and over 60 other cancer genes. JScreen believes that a combination of education, access to state-of-the-art testing technology, and personalized support by qualified medical professionals are key to preventing devastating genetic diseases.
