COMING IN 2022: Unlock your potential to motivate and inspire action for a sustainable future. Enjoy an experiential workshop with Tara Jackson, president of the Arizona Town Halls and certified mindfulness instructor.
Through a series of exercises, you will:
o Identify your personal perceptual filter o Note the value of allowing diverse perspectives to come into problem-solving o Develop your ability to facilitate meaningful conversation o Learn somatic techniques for pacing your mind-body state to help you stay present, calm, and kind in meetings, conversations, and chance encounters
Take-homes:
o Self-awareness as an activist, leader, and colleague o Resilience to stress o Strength in listening o Skill in collaboration
