The Curious Savage
Grove Players presents The Curious Savage. Ethel P. Savage's husband has died and left her ten million dollars. When she sets up a fund for average people to pursue their dreams, her stepchildren have her committed to a sanatorium. Ethel then gets to know the residents at the sanatorium and compares their kindness and loyalty to the avarice and vanity of her stepchildren (who are public officials). By the end, Ethel wonders who the crazy ones are.
