Interactive Zoom Cooking Class and Wine Pairing
Well be back in the virtual kitchen with Katrina, taking on Shrimp or Pumpkin Risotto and Tiramisu this round! Take a virtual wine and culinary tour with our Winemaker Lisa Lee, Charles R Owner Bonnie Bartlett and Katrina Stocker, The Homestead Traveler, during this live, hands-on interactive cooking class, teaching you traditional Italian tips, tricks and techniques to create an unforgettable Italian meal! You will be pairing our 2018 Chardonnay and our 2016 Sangiovese with Katrinas recipe for Shrimp Risotto and Tiramisu for dessert, from the comfort of your kitchen. When it's over you'll have dinner on the table!
Chefs of all ages are welcome to participate, include the whole family, invite a group of your faraway friends, or make a date night of it. Youll be enjoying the fruits of your labor, and Lisas, for dinner! If you are craving some human contact, this is a fun way to connect with others in this shared experience, gaining culinary inspiration.
Katrina will provide a list of ingredients and instructions in advance. You will prepare the broth and brew the coffee prior to the event, learn new cooking skills with your interactive instructor during the class to make authentic Risotto and Tiramisu. If you have questions, just raise your hand and Katrina will walk you through the process. No special equipment is required.
