Learn exciting information to strengthen resiliency in our workplaces, our families, and our children.

Our 13 Speaker Line-Up and their Presentations include:

Dr. LaVerne Demientieff: Sraqay ndadz dixet'a? How Are the Children? Applying Ancestral Knowledge to Plant Seeds of Resilience.

Eileen McDargh- Burnout to Breakthrough- Building Resilience to Refuel, Recharge and Reclaim What Matters.
Eileen will analyze burnout and will show how to develop four critical skills for building effective resilience.

Lydia Denworth-A scientific writer and investigator of healthy mental and physical states who mixes personal experience with up-to-the-minute research. She will be presenting: The Science of Resilience: It's What You Do Next.

Break Out Room Speaker:: Nick Hanson will be talking about Resilience with children, and tell us the story of how he and his community worked to overcome total destruction of his Ninja Warrior training studio.

Dr. Linda Champlain:  Brian Mind Body: Transforming Stress and Trauma. information that will benefit both adults and children.
