Active since the 1980s, Kazik, Liroy, and Muniek were the founders of KULT and T LOVE, and the hip-hop artists who introduced rap to the Polish music scene in 1990s. HOUSE OF WRITERS - DOM LITERATOW CZYLI KAROTEKA ZEBRANA
2019, 60 min
dir. Marek Gajczak

The legendary Writers House at Krupnicza Street in Kraków was a unique place on an international scale. After the war it became a refuge for homeless authors. In 1945-1996 over 100 writers lived there (including Szymborska, Kisielewski, Mroek, Róewicz and Gaczyski). Nowadays, Jerzy Kisielewski and Jan Polewka, both sons of its eminent lodgers, meet there to remember anecdotes from the House of Bards and reminisce about the unforgettable atmosphere of the place and its transitory nature as reflected in the stage directions for The Card Catalogues by Tadeusz Róewicz.
