We can't travel to Italy right now, but we won't let that stop us from enjoying all Italy has to offer - vegan style! We partnered with our friend and vegan chef extraordinaire Chris Blanco, along with Good Day Donuts, to bring you this tasty vegan popup!
Come join us on this journey to Good Day Donuts for a decadent, Italian inspired 3 course meal that includes an Appetizer, Main, and a Side Salad. Each dish also features a house made vegan cheese! Optional vegan dessert as well.

Insalata (Side) Feta Side Salad --- Roasted Beets, Apples, Sweet Onions with Feta Roasted beets, local onions, and apples from Allegras moms orchard. House-made plant-based creamy, crumbly feta cheese. Basil-oregano red wine vinaigrette.
Antipasto (Starter) Fontina and Mushroom Arancini --- Risotto balls made with arborio rice, shallots, white wine, shiitake and crimini mushroom stock. Mixed with house-made plant-based fontina cheese and coated with panko crust. Fried to crispy, melty goodness and served with spicy roasted pepper and lemon aioli.
Primo (Main) Impossible Beef and Black Lentil Bolognese with Polenta Cakes --- Impossible ground beef, black lentils, mirepoix, San Marzano tomatoes, red wine, fresh herbs. Braised low and slow to rich and unctuous perfection. Served over organic polenta cakes made with organic coarse ground corn and olive oil. Garnished with house-made cashew parmesan.
