Speaker Series: Scott Mingus

Respected local author Scott Mingus will be speaking at the Maple Shade Barn on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at 6 pm. The author of more than twenty-three books, Mr. Mingus is an expert on the Confederate invasion of Pennsylvania in late June, 1863. He will share excerpts and insights from his two books that detail the exploits of Richard Ewell's Second Corps and J.E.B. Stuart's Cavalry as they passed through Northern York County and Dillsburg, eventually making their way to the historic conflict at Gettysburg.

If NYCHAPS cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. In the case of last-minute event cancellations, all efforts will be made to inform ticket holders of the cancellation or rescheduling of the event. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, NYCHAPS should be contacted no later than 48 hours before the start of the event for refund consideration.
