Kal David, Lauri Bono & the Real Deal is a Chicago blues infused band featuring the dynamic guitar of Kal David and the soulful vocal duet of Kal (John Mayall, EttaJames, Johnny Rivers) and Lauri Bono (Bette Midler, Tanya Tucker, Etta James, Johnny Rivers) with instrumental backing by the Real Deal. Their CD, Paragon shows a great mix of blues and R& B. Kal is recognized as one of the top blues guitarists in the world today by his peers and when Kal & Lauri perform on stage its sheer magic.
Sisterhood features Lauri Bono, Rose Mallett and Jessica Taylor. Lauri is inducted in the National Blues Hall of Fame and is also a composer, vocal arranger, session singer and producer. Rose and Jessica are both Living Legend Jazz Vocalists. Rose is known locally as a favorite and performs her Sarah Vaughan tribute concert nationally. Jessica is also a desert favorite and is a former member of the Platters.
