Cheese Making Class
This class is perfect for cheese lovers who want to learn to make some fresh, soft cheeses. We will make chevre, mozarella, feta and ricotta from local raw cow and goat milk! The class will culminate in a light lunch featuring our homemade cheeses and a cheese for everyone to take home to share with their friends and family!
