Cheesemaking Class at Volcan Mountain Winery
Join Julian cheesemaker and teacher, Eric Jones, for an enjoyable afternoon at the Volcan Mountain Winery orchard classroom.
You'll sip on wine, learn about wine cheese pairing and try your hand at the art and science of cheese making. It's fun, easy to learn but can take years to master!
This interactive three hour demonstration class will walk you through the history of cheesemaking, providing information about the complex biology and chemistry behind turning milk into tasty curds and protein-rich whey.
