Live From Leeds! Skinner & T'witch in concert
Skinner & T'witch are an original, contemporary folk acoustic duo, performing folk, flamenco, and theatre-style songs. Drawing on music-hall and vaudeville traditions, Skinner & Twitch's show combines comedy and satire with insightful lyrics and enchanting melodies. They have been on the road since 2014; released three albums; and performed widely around the UK Last year they toured in Australia, and this year they return to the US...

Steve Skinner has a background in musical theatre, having managed a theatre company and toured the UK with musical reviews such as The Cuts Show and the Third World Road Show. Steve is an experienced songwriter, including comedy and satire. As a guitarist, he took up flamenco guitar 15 years ago.

Twitch (Sandra Twitchett) has a classical training, having sung in several internationally reputable choirs, including the Munich Philharmonic Choir and Huddersfield Choral Society, and has a passion for British folk and folk-rock music.
"Skinner & T'witch have been described as a pair of comic geniuses and I would not disagree - they are unique: there is nobody to compare them with." - Tom Brown, The Living Tradition Magazine, UK

"Skinner & T'witch possess a rare talent that can totally captivate an audience. With witty social commentary, deft comedic timing and a flair for theatrics, they conjure up images of an old English Music Hall performance." - Dan Alloway, Folk Fury, KTEP, El Paso, TX, USA

"Finding musicians who can combine virtuosity with humour is rare. Skinner & T'witch are such a talent. Their songs can elicit laughter while being thought provoking. The music runs the gamut from joyful celebration to sincere social criticism to deep heartfelt emotion." - John Sillberg, The Small Time Radio Show, CKOL 93.7 FM, Campbeltown, Ontario, Canada

"If you get the chance to see them anywhere, please do yourself a favour, grab it with both hands." - Marianne Doig, Leith Folk Club, Edinburgh, UK
Please join us for an evening of mirth and music with this very entertaining Yorkshire duo!
