Everyday Food As Medicine Cooking Class
Want to eat more vegetables, but need new ideas? Are you trying to cut down on meat, but worried you'll still be hungry? This class features 90% vegetables and 10% meat in an effort to reduce the harm done to animals and our planet, and of course, strengthen your overall health. You'll learn how to make a super easy and deeply nourishing 3-course dinner in about 30 minutes. All dishes are gluten-free and dairy-free. This class will feature the following dishes:
- Immunity-boosting Vermicelli, Veggie's and Puff Soup
- The Secret Way to Make Vegetables Irresistible (Hint: It's all about the sauce!)
- Chocolate Almond Cookies to Improve Mental Focus
- And a surprise dish!
