About this Event:
A Soothing, relaxing, meditative experience is the intention for all who join in this event where you'll be taken on a journey through sound. This is for anyone looking to step away from daily, or seasonal stress and anxiety and step into an inspiring, relaxing and sonically pleasing realm of serenity healing & rejuvenation.
A Soul Bath is a unique Sound healing experience curated by singer Gina René and producer/keyboardist Seth "Million 7" Theodore of Santa Cruz, CA. Similar to a "sound bath" or a sound healing meditation, yet where the Voice is highlighted as one on the main instruments of frequency, tone and vibration for the healing and energetic re-balancing of the body, mind and soul. It was after Gina René & Million 7's sound bath debut in December of 2019 that an inspired patron renamed this particular sound healing experience a "Soul Bath" and thus this name was born. You can think of the Soul Bath as a hybrid between a sound healing and a deep, soulful, heart stirring concert of songs, words & sounds that assist in opening the mind, body & spirit while especially awakening the heart back into balance.
Although both musicians hail from a wide variety and blend of musical backgrounds from R&B/Soul to Reggae to Hip-Hop,to Jazz and improvisational styles -what these two share most in this arena is a more devotional side of their musical, spiritual and personal explorations and revelations. Gina René is mostly known for her soulful vocal stylings as heard in her song "U Must Be" (from Buena Vista/Disney's "Step Up" Soundtrack)and she's also known for her keen ability to freestyle lyrics and melodies. Distinctly, within the Soul Bath experience Gina's focal point is on ethereal and soul-stirring melodies & vocals, yet you can expect sprinkles of spoken word and lyrical truths to bubble up when inspiration is afoot. Million 7, on the other hand is known for his intricate and tasteful chordal & musical production skills is anchored in a deep appreciation and reverence for holding down a musical sound bed, or foundation for the vocalist to elaborate colorfully on top of. Million 7's catalog includes artists David Morrison (The Abyssinians), Luv Fyah, Marty Dread, Willie Nelson and many more.
Together Gina René & Million 7 bring over 58+ years of combined musical knowledge,family musical legacy and performance experience from producing to singing, to emceeing to songwriting on stages and spaces around the world. Both of these artists felt the call to commit to & honor music as the main path to greater healing for both themselves and the world since they were young age and they are being happily enriched by their musical collaboration for the greater good of all. Stay tuned to these two for their debut collaborative album out in later 2020.
This event is open to ages 16 and up and is a sacred space where patrons are asked to be quiet and honoring of the environment's intention for a serene and calm environement. Space is limited to 65 guests/ participants in total as all will be sitting, or lying down for optimum relaxation and full reception of the Soul Bath Transmission. Anyone who chooses to bask in the sonic soundscape is sure to feel a deep sense of inspiration, healing and reconnection the beauty and lightness that we call this sacred Life.

The Venue is a "scent-free" venue and therefore this is a requirement for the ease of all patrons. Please no scents or strong oils or perfumes.

Can children attend?
We love to have children attend! In order to have a pleasant and peaceful experience for all participants we ask that only youth 16 or over attend, accompanied by parents where guardians ensure that their youth is attending willingly and will be able to sit or lay still and quietly for the duration of the 75 minute session. A ticket must be purchased for the youth attending as well.
Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
Save the trees! We'll have a guest list available to check you in at the door, unless you're purchasing your full priced ticket at the door.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes, if youre unable to make it to your session you may give your ticket to another person and that is upto you to. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges or make-up sessions.
