Alice tumbles through the rabbit hole, and falls on stage at HSU's Gist Hall this Thursday! Alice: Adventures in Wonderland, directed by Trish "the Dish" Riel, is the Northcoast Preparatory Academy Young Actors Guild's latest performance, double-billed with The Hamlet Question.
Alice: Adventures in Wonderland is NPA's adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, with an original script written by NPA junior Oliver Schroeder! Schroeder wrote his script as a "really surrealist, meta comedy," and promised lots of deep humor in his play. He's been involved in local theater for years, recently directing Hope & James and Genesis for Apprentice Entertainment, the Arcata Playhouse's acting guild.
Alice: Adventures in Wonderland will be opening at 6:00pm on January 30th, 31st, and Feb 1st, and performing a 10:00am matinee on Friday, Jan 31st.
Northcoast Preparatory & Performing Arts Academy is an International Baccalaureate world school dedicated to educating young people in Humboldt County to become mindful, world-oriented citizens.
