5th Annual Shenandoah Valley Herbal Gathering
This is a continuous, weekend long, 3 day herbal immersion. You can opt to come for just an intensive, for the day, or the whole weekend. We hope that you will make the time and space to settle in, and stay as long as possible for the full delicious experience. No onsite ticket sales !!
We will have Friday class offerings- 3 hour intensives ONLY that day ! Pre-registration required by June 1st - pay for the specific class you want to take. $35 per class for Friday intensives.
*Friday night is potluck. Meal plan starts Saturday at lunch. . Feel free to participate in potluck Friday night, or enjoy one of the many Shepherdstown restaurants just 10 minutes away. You are welcome to bring your own food, or pre-purchase a meal plan. Deadline to purchase a meal plan is June 1st so that we can know how much food is needed !!! This is a zero waste event. Bring your own reusable cup, plate, bowl and utensils. We will have a dish wash station set up.
Unless you are registered for a Friday intensive,or coming a very long distance, please plan to arrive Saturday morning. Check in and marketplace open at 9 am Saturday. Opening circle is Saturday morning at 10 am and the event runs through to Sunday at 3:30 pm. Our regularly scheduled classes are 90 minutes long*
Kids under 16 come for FREE ! Camping on the land is FREE.
Work trades available for those in need. Spots are limited... so please reply by May 1st if you are interested. *Please do not register via your mobile phone device** It does not give us all the info we need and has caused issues in the past.
*This is a rain or shine event. There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing. Please check the weather and plan accordingly. We have a blast ...even when it rains :) . We have large tents for classrooms and dining.
Tickets are non - refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can get a credit towards next year's event, give it to a friend, or donate it to our scholarship fund.
