Sidetrack Brewing 4th Anniversary Dinner and Beer Pairing
Sidetrack has teamed up with Chef David Gaspar from Oni Noodles and Seth Matlick from Vida Verde Farm to bring you a farm to table dinner experience at Sidetrack and Zendo Coffee's location. We are pairing 4 of Sidetrack's beers with this family style 3 course dinner. Chef David and Seth are using fresh local ingredients from Vida Verde farm that compliment the flavor profile of each beer. Join us for a for an evening of wonderful local food, your favorite craft beer and great company.
