You didnt think it was possible, but you can learn how to enjoy (or better enjoy!) Giving and/or Receiving Anal Sex
Anal. People tend to love or hate it. Some of us have a fear of pain, or that its only fun for the top. There can be a lack of patience during the foreplay, because its unclear how to make it work well.
How do we prep ourselves and our partners for this wonderful, intense experience? This course, taught by Orion, LMT, will teach you how to give and receive anal like a master.
Everyone will learn:
* Learn the importance of Relaxation and Lubrication
* External and Internal Pelvic Floor Massage
* How tension elsewhere in the body can lead to tension in the booty
* How to escalate from sensation to penetration (tongue/rimming to fingers to small toys to larger items)
Considerations:
*Its ideal to work in couples, but you can learn to enjoy solo anal penetration. It's a HIGHLY recommended step 1
*If more than 2 people, thats great as the massage portion works even better with more than 2 hands.
*Short smooth nails or (non) latex gloves
*Its ideal to have both silicone and water-based lube. Oil based lubricants are fine if youre OK with skin to skin/barrier-less contact (Olive, Coconut, Grapeseed, Avocado etc), but if youre using gloves or condoms, oil breaks down latex and polyisoprene and the whole point of having these barriers on is lost. For the purpose of this class, I recommend but wont enforce barriers. Silicone lube is no good for silicone toys.
*Its handy to have paper towels, baby wipes or the equivalent on hand as well, and if youre using toys, a toy cleaner is ideal.
