Join Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) Michelle & ZIN friends for the happiest hour of your day! Zumba is perfect for everybody and every BODY. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party to the best music hits of Latin and World rhythms.
Come early to save your spot and grab a refreshing craft beer and/or stay after to grab a bite to eat. We highly recommend both #EatLocal #DrinkLocal
