Herbal Cold Care Workshop
As cold season sets in, carve out a little space to prepare yourself with herbal remedies and knowledge of how to use them. Learn remedies for colds, fever, coughs, earache and more, with a focus on how the herbs work that will enable you to use them in varied situations and with kids. We will prepare delectable elderberry syrup as well as a loose tea blend for each person to take home. We will cover a lot of information, and youll receive a detailed handout to refer back to in times of need.
Facilitator Lindsay Perry is an herbalist, nature lover, and the medicine maker behind Full Flower Herbs, through which she offers extracts from fresh, local medicinal herbs. She also completed a certificate of Sustainable Agriculture at Central Carolina Community College and worked as an organic farmer.
