Join me on Sunday morning October 20th to enjoy an hour yoga flow at The Cork & Craft in Rancho Bernardo inside their private event space The Library, with views of the brewerys tank farm. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, arrive at 9:30am to prepare for class, & receive your raffle ticket. Your ticket will let you get the chance to win Gluten Free & Plant Base Arbonne products to take home. Class will begin at 10:00am finishing at 11:00am with a choice of a complimentary mimosa or beermosa, CHEERS!
