FAN SELECTION and APPLICATIONS
There are a variety of fans available on the market. They vary in style and performance to suit many different applications. Sometimes the engineer makes a selection only to wonder....is this the best fan for this application?. If you join us at this program you will receive clarification and a better understanding of how to make the best selection. We will deal with three different industrial and commercial situations and the fan selection for each. The presentation will be interactive and focus on the importance of the selection and the best fan for the application.
Rad Ganesh, PhD, PE
Director, Product Applications, Twin City Fan Companies-TCFC:
Dr. Ganesh has over 32 years of experience in air moving (HVAC and fan) industries. For the past 18 years at Twin City Fan Co, he has held positions in engineering, R&D, applications,customer service, regulatory compliance, and assisting with sales and manufacturing.Previously, he spent 11 years in product development at the Trane Company. He has 4 patents and 7 pending patent applications to his credit. He has made several presentations at ASHRAE and AMCA events, and in company training seminars. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1987. He is a registered Professional Engineer in WI.
Tony Suchla
Tony graduated from the University of St.Thomas in 2014 with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management and began his career with Twin City Fan in the commercial sales group. After 4 years as an application engineer, he was promoted to regional sales manager. Throughout his time in both roles he has spent time traveling to meet with reps,engineers, and contractors giving various engineering and product presentations.
