Yoga + Queen City Hemp
This event will focus on the benefits of using alternatives methods like CBD for inflammation and relaxation of muscles, joints and mind. In this two-hour workshop, we will harmonize this method of healing with the powerful practice of yoga.
The Queen City Hemp crew will start off the session with a short seminar on their CBD products with an open floor for questions. This section is accompanied by a serving of their CBD tincture (optional). Hue Yoga Instructor Katie Harten will then host a restorative yoga class that will come with a CBD seltzer water at the end of Savasana.
This workshop is a must for those who are active, suffering from inflammation or are looking for an alternative method to prescription drugs that has caused an epidemic in our modern world. Come learn, rest and restorethe natural way.
