Cooking Class: Dinner with Mediterranean Flavors
This is a hands-on class where students will work together in small groups. We will start our night with an appetizer, then start cooking! The teachers, Paula Liechty and Christine Ciancetta, Slow Food members, will provide guidance, instruction and be available to answer questions as the students cook. Then we will all sit down together to eat dinner. Invite your partner and friends to share a culinary experience and be a part of creating this 5-course dinner with flavors of the Mediterranean.

Marinated, Grilled Zucchini with Hazelnuts, Mint & Honey-Controne over a Smear of Mascarpone/Cream Cheese
Chicken Shawarma, Nann Bread (ready made) with Herb and Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce
Syrian Salad of local seasonal Greens & Carrots with Dates, Almonds, and Pomegranates
Chickpea and Tomato Curry with Fresh Dill
Sweet and Salty Deconstructed Cheesecake with Whipped Feta, Dark Cherry Star Anise Compote & Almond Crumbles.
