Mothers of Sons

A parent talk just for mothers of sons facilitated by Julie Metzger, founder of Great Conversations. This parent talk gives moms a unique opportunity to explore their relationship with their son while answering some of the questions around their son's physical, emotional, social development.

Julie Metzger RN, MN is the creator of Great Conversations whose programs are a rite-of-passage in the Pacific Northwest and San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. Julie will bring her expertise and the research to discuss real life ways to strengthen your relationship with your son. Julie is the co-author of the book "Will Puberty Last My Whole Life? Real Answers to Real Questions by Preteens on Puberty, Sex, and Other Growing-up Stuff" and the author of "This is Me - a Journal for Girls". A popular speaker, she has been featured in the New York Times and on the TODAY show.
