#GingerPrivilege by Bay Bryan + Special Guests
Performance artist Bay Bryan (who is currently based in Manchester, England) returns home to Colorado for the holidays with his new solo theater show '#GingerPrivilege!' If you're having trouble imagining what a solo theater show is just imagine one ginger switching back-and-forth between characters and performance styles to bring you an hour of fun, thought provoking and completely unique entertainment! To add to this festive occasion Bay invites a few very special humans to share their words/work/vibes as well!
How the evening will flow:
6.30-7pm Doors open (socialise time)
7-7.45pm: Special Guests' Performances
(15 Min Interval)
8-9pm: #GingerPrivilege
9-9.30pm Be merry
#GINGERPRIVILEGE : a Solo Show by Bay Bryan (running time 1hr) -
farce / red-nose clown / acoustic music / spoken-word / sock puppets
In #GingerPrivilege, Bay (through his many characters) seeks to understand his own personal privilege as well as the concept of privilege as a whole (with all the nuance that comes along with this sensitive subject). Through combined elements of red-nose clown, sock puppets, spoken-word, acoustic music and more our shape-shifting ginger attempts the impossible: to once-and-for-all SOLVE EVERYTHING.
