Nov. 16th Farm to Table Dinner
This evening is set up to help showcase fresh products from local farms (within 100 miles) and from our own farm to help support the local food movement. Each dinner is prepared by a professional Chef. We would love to invite you to join our family at our farm for an amazing evening of food, wine, music, supporting local farms, and a beautiful atmosphere to just take a walk and enjoy the scenery.

You can take a walk around the farm, enjoy some live music by local artist, wine tasting with wine from Aubrey Vineyards, and an amazing 5-course meal prepared by a professional Chef. The November chef will be Chef Jim Tinkham!

We are also so excited about the fact that each one of our Farm to Table Dinners we like to partner with an organization to support. Our November organization will be confirmed and posted soon!

Our menus are planned based off of what is in season, so we try to have our menu completed a few weeks out from the event. You will start off with an appetizer in our outdoor courtyard area (if weather permits). Then we move inside to our Farmhouse Room for salad, soup, main course and dessert! The dinners are so fresh and delicious! The Chef will also come out and talk about the different courses throughout the evening, and will also demo one part of the evenings courses. This is definitely an experience you do not want to miss out on!

November Menu:
Appetizer upon arrival is a Brie and Beer Fondue with homemade Ciabatta Toast Points along with  Sheep Cheese from Green Dirt Farms and Caramelized Onion Bruschetta.
Second Course: Autumn Arugula & Mesclun Salad with Spiced Missouri Pecans, Blue Cheese & Bacon Crumble, Orchard Apples and Warm Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
Third Course: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup topped with a Cilantro Cremeand Homemade Croutons, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds & Crispy Local Bacon.
Main Course: Apple Cider Brined, Braised and Slowly Cooked Pork Chops with an Autumn Vegetable Hash, and Green Beans with Goat Cheese and Spiced Nuts.
Dessert: Granny Fay's Homemade Orchard, Fresh Apple Pie served warm with Poppy's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Homemade Caramel Sauce and Candied Pecans.
Our dinners are always served with our very popular Homemade Artisan Bread and Whipped Goat Cheese and Honey. Cost of Event:
$69/person + tax + tip (Donation amount to the organization will be separate) Ticket includes 5 course meal prepared by professional Chef and music throughout the evening by local artist. Reservations only. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Wine Options (Aubrey Vineyards):
Wine Tasting Package: $10/person
(5 - 2 oz. pours of wines that are paired with each course)
Wine by the glass: $7-$9
We will also be adding some local beer options to our menu this season. We will be adding that information soon.

Arrive around 6pm. From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers in the courtyard, live music, and feel free to walk around the farm. Dinner will start at 7pm.

Must have reservations. Reservations due by Tuesday, November 12th, but you can always contact us to see if we still have seats available past that date.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No, but ID will be required for purchase of any alcohol.

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans?
Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.

Is there a dress code for this event?
No, but we do encourage you to dress accordingly if you are interested in taking a walking tour of our farm/garden. You may desire a jacket. We do have sidewalks and paths to the gardens, but will have to walk through some gravel.
