The FLA is offering a training to teach the practice of Creating Problem Solving. The training will be conducted by Spread the Word and will explore the idea that communication between workers and management is one of the strongest forces for factory improvement.

Even after years of investing in improving factory working conditions, many brands and organizations face the same problems:
- Benefits of dialogue do not reach the majority of workers
- Training impacts rarely extend beyond the training itself
How can we boost the impact of our efforts without reinventing the wheel or designing new programs?
This training will demonstrate how simple creative techniques can help clarify messages, inspire ideas, and promote understanding and participation. These techniques, now being used by stakeholders worldwide, have shown that when everyone is actively informed and comprehends organizational actions, engagement, participation, and behavior change naturally follow. Participants will learn how these inexpensive techniques can easily be applied and replicated.
Participants will receive a follow-up 40 minute one-on-one coaching session to discuss the practical application results.
