Communicate with Confidence with Erica Marx
Everyone shares a universal desire to be seen understood by those around them. We all want to know that when we express ourselves we will be heard for our true intention and our contributions valued by others.
Yet we often struggle with confidence to communicate when it matters the most. When the stakes are high, our ability to communicate clearly can disappear instantly, leaving us without a clear path to regain our footing. As a result, thoughts and feelings go unexpressed, relationships suffer, and opportunities for achieving personal and professional goals are restricted. In this workshop, you will explore what gets in the way of your confidence and learn tools to overcome the most common barriers to effective communication. You will gain new insights and tools to: Clarify your message Communicate when youre most likely to be heard Reduce fear of conflict Manage for uncertainty Stay connected, even when you disagree
You will leave the workshop energized and with new abilities to express yourself clearly, build positive relationships, and facilitate mutual understanding.
